Information for exhibitors

We warmly invite exhibitors to join us in Oulu, a hub of health technology and research excellence.

Exhibitor stands will be located in the main entrance hall of the campus, a vibrant and central space that serves as the conference’s social and scientific core. This area features poster presentations of scientific papers, coffee breaks, and a networking area, as well as direct access to the lunch restaurant.

This prime location ensures maximum visibility and foot traffic, offering exhibitors an excellent opportunity to engage with researchers, healthcare professionals, and industry leaders.

Exhibition stand packages & prices

Package A — Large €1 400 (excl. VAT) / €1 757 (incl. VAT)
  • participation in the conference for 2 persons including the participation in sessions with the keynote speakers, meals mentioned in the conference program, the evening program, an opportunity for networking even outside the exhibition area
  • 2 exhibition tables of 120cm*45cm with 2 chairs
  • 2 poster stands placed in the exhibition area
  • 5‑minute-long presentation in the conference program
  • full-page advertisement/advertorial in the printed conference program booklet
  • company’s logo and website link listed on the conference website

Package B – Regular €900 (excl. VAT) / €1 130 (incl. VAT)

Package C – Startup €700 (excl. VAT) / €879 (incl. VAT)

  • 1 round table of 60cm with 1 chair
  • 1 poster stand placed in the exhibition area
  • company’s logo and website link listed on the conference website

Guidelines for the Advertisement (package A)

  • Size: A5, vertical (210 × 148 mm)
  • File type: Print-ready PDF
  • Resolution: 300 dpi
  • Color space: CMYK
  • Color profile: PSOcoated_v3.icc

Guidelines for the Logos

Package A

Please provide two versions of your company logo: one for the printed booklet (CMYK) and one for the website (RGB).

The logos will be placed on a light background. Specifications are as follows:

Logo for print:
  • File format: Vector graphic (.eps, .svg, .pdf, or .ai)
  • Color space: CMYK
Logo for web:
  • File format: Vector graphic (.eps, .svg, .pdf, or .ai), or .png with transparent background
  • Color space: RGB
  • Resolution: 72 ppi
  • Minimum width: 800 px

Logo for web:
  • File format: Vector graphic (.eps, .svg, .pdf, or .ai), or .png with transparent background
